About Bacopa

Bacopa or Brahmi is a medicinal plant that is used in Ayurveda from around 3000 B.C; the herb is mentioned in several Ayurvedic texts including Charak and Sushruta Samita’s.
Bacopa is referred to as “Medhya Rasyana”, that means a nervine tonic that provides strength to the brain and relaxes the nerves.
