Each capsule contains 375 mg of extract (as dry extract) from Shilajit exudate(Asphaltum) (10:1) ( equivalent to 3750 mg of Shilajit. When assayed these tablets contain Fulvic Acid NLT 1%. Shilajit as an adaptogen helps to reduce anxiety and stress levels. As an anabolic, Shilajit supports the natural development and health of cells and muscles.
