INGREDIENTS AND BENEFITS: Chitraka- Stimulates appetite and helps in digestion.

Triphala- Primarily used as a laxative in bowel irregularity.

DOSAGE: 

Adults: Two to three teaspoons two times daily or as directed by the Physician.
