Each 500 mg soft gelatin capsule contains Calmhills Ghruta which consists of Quath Dravya of Ashwagandha, Brahmi, Mandukparnee, Jatamasi, Khurasani Ajwain, Pippali, Shankhpushpi processed by the method of Siddha Ghruta in Cow Milk & Go-ghruta.

Dosage & Direction
